Project Overview
A booking platform for By Nagham, a nail-art studio, built around the studio's own visual identity. In Arabic, Hebrew or English, clients pick a treatment from a priced catalogue, choose a day and a free time slot, answer any booking questions for that service and confirm with a one-time code sent over WhatsApp. Confirmations, reminders and cancellations then follow automatically on WhatsApp. Behind it, a Nest.js and PostgreSQL back end powers an admin console for bookings, services, weekly schedules, subscriber newsletters and visitor analytics, with messages delivered through a self-hosted WhatsApp gateway.
